On Geniuses
Some are born genius. But still they need to work hard to blossom. Others become geniuses by sheer effort, recognizing their core skills and working their ass off.
Some geniuses get fame and enjoy it. Others are away from all the limelight.
It takes courage and a lot of work to become one. If you feel you don’t have the inherent skills or stamina to become one, aim to find one and work with them. Collaborate, work alongside, work under them or simply hire them. Their genius will rub off on you and make you better.
Geniuses often work alone or with people of their caliber. They will have serious flaws as well. You might perceive them as antisocial, arrogant, rude, forgetful, or blunt, among other things. Extreme talent in one domain leads to serious flaws in others.
If you are a genius, embrace it. Do not allow self-doubt or a lack of confidence to overpower you. Also, find your tribe. You might struggle with mediocrity initially. Find the place, people, groups and countries that welcome you. You will thrive in challenges, seek them.
The world progresses when geniuses come together. They are the reason societies thrive. If you have the power to retain geniuses, make policies that support and enable these exceptional individuals. By doing so, you'll be doing a great service to your society and country!
